- Guidance on senior year course selection
- Support with teacher recommendations, including preparing materials for recommenders
- Planning for summer enrichment opportunities
- Assistance with college visit planning
- Career assessment and major exploration, including review of results
- Help opening and beginning the Common Application
- End-of-year family meeting to present the college list and outline an application strategy
- Ongoing support via phone and email for questions as they arise
- Access to College Planner Pro College Research and Planning website
Comprehensive Package Senior Year

This package offers personalized, end-to-end college admissions support beginning the summer before senior year and continuing through final enrollment decisions.
Includes:
- Up to 15 one-on-one advising meetings
- Creation and refinement of a strategic college list
- Guidance on Early Action and Early Decision
- Support for up to 16 applications, including the Common App, Coalition App, UC Application, and Cal State Apply
- Coordination of transcripts, teacher recommendations, and counselor packets
- Essay and short-answer support from brainstorming through final drafts (no hourly cap)
- Interview preparation
- Career and major exploration using YouScience aptitude assessment results
- Assistance with Letters of Continued Interest for deferred or waitlisted students
- Help comparing acceptances and making final decision

Essential Package Senior Year
$4000
This package is specifically for students who want to do some work on their own and only need help applying to a small number of schools. Six one-on-one meetings to complete applications, send transcripts, work on essays, and assist with counselor packets. Up to four hours of essay review and feedback via email and Google Docs. Perfect for students with a college list just needing a little guidance and direction. Also includes access to the online course. Students may purchase additional hours if necessary. Includes Essay Workshop at no charge.

The self-paced online course walks students through every step, from building a balanced college list and filling out the Common App to writing a personal statement and supplemental essays that stand out. With 10 modules, a bonus parent session, and access to an Admission Tracker Spreadsheet to keep applications organized, students and families will have everything they need to approach application season with clarity and confidence.
Hourly services are available for students in 8th and 9th grade to discuss class selection.
Also available to assist with transfer applications for students in college. ($300/hr)
